Yes. I designed the LoveUp course because it was requested by my female clients. And my messaging is aimed at women because they make up 95% of my clientele. However, I know men have suffered from toxic relationships too. So I am happy to give them access to the digital course and coach them privately.

Well, this is a belief-change modality. YOU get to neutralize the link between your subconscious beliefs and emotional triggers. When the triggers are neutralized, you are free to consciously choose which beliefs you want to keep and which no longer serve you. This is true of all programming. You get to start out with a clean slate. If you don’t want the opportunity to consciously choose your beliefs, then this may not be for you.

I do not recommend this course while you are in a physical or narcissistic abuse relationship. On one hand, yes it will help you in all the empowering ways we’ve described. 

But an abuser seeks power and control. When they feel their power over you is slipping away, they may escalate their abuse to regain control. Yes. Visualizing and clearing your mind are not necessary. The healing modality we are using falls into the category of Energy Psychology (EP). EP focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, sensations, behaviors, and known bioenergy systems (such as meridians and the biofield). These systems and processes exist, and interact, within individuals and between people. They are also influenced by cultural and environmental factors.

I’ve formatted my modality to be delivered in a guided meditation type style to make it easy for you to access. All you have to do is listen and follow my guidance. It’s your intention and allowance for change that makes it work.

Mental Illness - This program is not recommended for people with mental illness. The high frequencies can trigger manic or psychotic episodes. And many drugs used to treat mental illness can interfere with the effects of the energy psychology method used here.
