Founding Pilot Group
The People-Pleasing Reset
Belong to yourself first
A small live group for chronic people-pleasers, the capable one everyone leans on and takes for granted.
Three live calls with me, a guided transformational meditation, and a small group of women doing this together, before it opens to everyone.
Limited to 12 women · Enroll by October 14, 2026
A personal invitation from Suzanna
A note for you
You have worked with me or my courses before, so I wanted you to be one of the first to hear about this.
I am opening a small pilot group for a new offer, The People-Pleasing Reset. It is built around the pattern underneath people-pleasing: the automatic yes, the boundary you set and then cross anyway, and the shame afterward for not holding your ground.
Before The People-Pleasing Reset becomes a self-paced digital course, I want to run it live with a small group first. I will be working with you directly, and what you notice along the way will shape how this reaches every woman who does this after you. That is also why the founding price is so much lower than the course will be.
Chronic people-pleasing is a symptom
The underneath it is a subconscious self-abandonment program.
The 'yes' comes out automatically and your gut feels the 'no' too late. Other people's problems become something for you to fix. Their emotions become something to manage, while your own needs get pushed aside. Even though you are aware of the pattern, in the moment, it feels impossible to interrupt.
Self-abandonment program is a strategy your subconscious created to avoid the fear of abandonment. A fear so old you stopped noticing it. You abandon yourself first, so no one else gets the chance to.
“We abandon ourselves to gain favor. Then we are disappointed when we get abandoned anyway.”
~Rosanna H.
No one sees that fear. Everyone calls you capable. Strong. Reliable. The one people turn to.
What it costs you
From the outside, everything can look capable, put-together, and reliable. Inside, it can feel exhausting.
There is the invisible weight of fixing things that were never yours to manage. The yes comes from an old survival habit. Then resentment builds, because the favor was never freely given in the first place.
A clear boundary may be rehearsed in the mind, or even in the mirror. But face-to-face with someone else's expectations, it disappears.
Peace is kept for everyone else, while your own needs, desires, and truth get pushed further into the background.
It can show up even when no one else is in the room. A promise made only to yourself, broken again, still counts.
Why awareness alone is not enough
You have probably already seen this pattern. You watch yourself do it. You may even understand it clearly. And still, in the moment, the old response takes over.
That is because the pattern is not just a thought.
It is a subconscious program:
Stimulus >> trigger >> automatic reaction.
Someone becomes upset, disappointed, anxious, or uncomfortable. That stimulus triggers the automatic reaction, before your conscious mind has time to choose.
My Reality Crafting methodology clears the program at its core. When the same stimulus appears, it no longer activates the old trigger or pulls you into the automatic reaction.
Instead, you can remain present. You can respond consciously, with respect for yourself and others.
What self-honoring actually is
The practical antidote to self-abandonment is self-honoring: standing firm, holding a boundary, keeping your word to yourself, treating your own energy as sacred.
Self-honoring is the action.
The feeling of self-love tends to follow it.
What becomes possible
When you meet and loosen the root of self-abandonment instead of managing it in your head, here is what changes:
- You begin catching the automatic “yes” before it slips out of your mouth, replacing it with a calm, grounded truth.
- Saying no stops feeling like a relational crisis and starts feeling like natural self-honoring.
- The tangled, exhausting line between your responsibility and other people's emotional baggage becomes clear. You stop trying to rescue or fix what isn't yours to carry.
- Articulating your boundaries and speaking your truth starts to feel automatic and clean, rather than a terrifying confrontation.
- You stop needing a round of outside reassurance just to feel steady in your own decisions.
- You finally come home to yourself.
Further along this path is what I call “Sovereign Wholeness”. Your energy stops leaking into managing everyone else's comfort and stays home in your own body.
You belong to yourself first, so the fear of someone leaving stops running your choices. And from that fullness, real connection becomes possible, chosen rather than clutched at. You are no longer an exile in your own life.
What women have described
These are things people said after the guided meditation. They describe an inner experience. Individual experiences, shared with permission. Yours may differ, and no specific outcome is promised.
“There's nowhere to hide anymore. I don't need to hide. I don't need to self-abandon.”
Rosanna H.
“It made me feel solidly connected in what it means to stand sovereign in who you are.”
Sandra P.
“All of those pieces of me that were abandoned or gone because of the struggles... all of them came back. I feel very present. I'm excited for what comes next on the other side of this.”
Victoria F.
How the pilot runs
Why I'm starting with a pilot
The People-Pleasing Reset will eventually become a self-paced digital course. Before I record a single lesson, I want to walk through it live with a small group of women who know this pattern from the inside.
You are helping me build it. The People-Pleasing Tracker numbers show me what the meditation actually shifts, and how quickly. Your questions on the calls show me where women get stuck and what needs more explanation. Your honest feedback shapes every lesson in the final course.
In return, you receive what the digital course will never include: me, live, giving you one-to-one attention within the group. With only 12 women in the room, I can see each of you, hear what is coming up for you, and coach you through it on the calls. And you receive it for $88, a founding price, well below the $147 to $197 the course will cost when it opens to the public.
It's an exchange. You bring your presence and your honesty. I bring the transformational technology and my full attention while it lands.
Here is how the three weeks unfold...
Â
What you receive
- Three live group calls with me on Zoom
- The Self-Abandonment Assessment and the People-Pleasing Tracker
- The People-Pleasing Reset guided transformational meditation, led by Suzanna, live on the second call. Replay recording included.
- The Sovereign Wholeness Integration Guide, a short video and a written guide
- Individual attention, coaching on the calls, because the group is small
What I ask of you
- Please make every effort to join the three calls live. This is where you receive the most value: being in the room, asking your questions in real time, hearing what opens for other women, and letting the work land with support. If you absolutely must miss a live session, the call will be recorded and shared with you afterward.
- Track your daily people-pleasing moments before and after the transformational meditation.
- Take the Self-Abandonment Assessment at the start and end of each window.
- Send me your summary data, through a simple form. Your notes stay yours.
- Tell me honestly what worked and what did not.
Why a small group
I am keeping this group limited to 12 women, so I can give each of you real attention and coaching that I will not be able to give once this opens to the public as a digital course.
Your presence and feedback help shape the final version of this work. That means it can serve the women who come after you with more clarity, care, and impact.
Investment
$88 for the full pilot, all three calls included.
When The People-Pleasing Reset opens to the public, the investment moves to $147 to $197. $88 is the founding price for this pilot group.
Enroll by Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at midnight Pacific Time.
Questions you might have
“Isn't pleasing people just kindness? People think I'm nice. Why should I stop?”
“I already know I'm a chronic people- pleaser. Knowing hasn't stopped it.”
“Is this therapy? I have real history I'm working through.”
“I don't want another daily practice. And what if I miss a day?”
“What if I cannot make a live call?”
“What about my privacy on the replays?”
“When I try to set a boundary, I feel guilty. And the smallest hint that the other person is displeased makes me cross my own boundary anyway. Afterward, I feel ashamed of myself for not holding it.”
The fine print
- Spiritual and energetic work. It is not therapy, medical care, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider or a crisis line first.
- No guarantee of a specific feeling, result, or timeline.
- One-on-one private sessions are not included in the pilot.
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and no later than the date of Live Call #2. No refunds are available on or after the date of Live Call #2, whether or not you attend live, because the meditation is delivered on that call.
- Questions or trouble accessing anything: email suzanna@suzannakennedy.com for support.
“The people-pleasing seems to have stopped. If I don't have time or I don't have the energy... I just tell people I can't help at that time and I feel stronger in myself.”
