1. Scope of Services

This is a completely private 1:1 retreat for one woman at a time.

Included:

• Private studio accommodation (king-size bed, kitchenette stocked with breakfasts and daily snacks, full bath, private lānai)
• All meals: breakfasts and snacks in studio; evening dinners at Kauai's finest local restaurants
• Daily 1:1 sessions with Suzanna Kennedy (living transmissions, sovereign activations, Reality Crafting processes, integration)
• Sacred site journey(s) with Casey Holt to Kauai's potent energy landscapes
• Lemurian Heart Seed Activation
• Pre-retreat alignment call and post-retreat integration session
• Personal airport pickup with lei greeting and all ground transportation during the Retreat
• Integration time on the 2.5-acre sacred property

Not Included: Airfare, personal expenses, and travel insurance (see Section 3 — travel insurance covering your full airfare and retreat investment is strongly advised).

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private retreat dates.

• Bookings made more than 4 months in advance: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be structured into installment payments as outlined in your specific payment plan below.
• Bookings made within 4 months of your retreat date: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: In all cases, the full balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your retreat start date.
• Your Payment Plan: As confirmed by Suzanna at time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 90+ days prior: Full refund of balance paid (deposit remains non-refundable).
• 60–89 days prior: 50% of total paid refunded, or full credit toward future services.
• Fewer than 60 days / no-show / early departure: No refund. Credit toward future services may be requested.
• Rescheduling: We will work to find mutually convenient alternative dates where possible.
• Organizer Cancellation: Full refund or full credit at your choice.

Travel Insurance — Required: Participant is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance with coverage sufficient to cover the full cost of airfare and the full retreat investment. This is not optional guidance — it is a serious recommendation. Your retreat investment is non-refundable within 60 days of your start date, and unforeseen circumstances do happen. Please ensure your policy covers trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Organizers accept no responsibility for losses that adequate travel insurance would have covered.

4. Health & Wellness / Detoxification Process

The Retreat facilitates deep energetic clearing and recalibration. Common detoxification symptoms may include fatigue, headaches, body aches, digestive changes, heightened emotions, or vivid dreams. These are natural and temporary. Organizers are not medical professionals and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Participant is solely responsible for their own health and well-being.

5. Nature of the Retreat & Participant Responsibility

• My transformation is my sole responsibility. Organizers are facilitators, not guarantors of specific outcomes.
• Effectiveness depends on my active participation, openness, and willingness.
• Organizers are not therapists, medical professionals, or counselors.
• I am fully responsible for my choices, actions, and reactions throughout the Retreat and beyond.

6. Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Waiver

I understand that participation involves inherent physical, emotional, energetic, and environmental risks including walking, hiking, beach activities, travel on Kauai roads, tropical weather, ocean conditions, and the energetic intensity of 1:1 sessions. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Suzanna Kennedy, Casey Holt, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by Hawaii law.

7. Representations & Health Acknowledgment

I represent that I am over 18 years of age and am emotionally, medically, and physically able to participate. I agree to disclose relevant health conditions in the pre-retreat questionnaire.

8. Code of Conduct, Confidentiality & Property Respect

• Respect the sacred land, property, and privacy of the Retreat
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal sharing, processes, and experiences
• Not record audio, video, or sessions without express written permission
• Follow all safety guidelines provided by the Organizers

Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior (no refund).

9. Media & Photography Release

Organizers may take and use photographs and video of Participant during the Retreat for marketing and promotional purposes. Participant may opt out in writing prior to arrival.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, processes, transmissions, and content are the intellectual property of Suzanna Kennedy and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of hurricanes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the Organizers' reasonable control, the Retreat may be postponed. Full credit toward a future Retreat or virtual services within 12 months will be provided.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Venue shall be in Kauai County. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Kauai County.
