Change Your DNA, Change Your Life

Is It Even Possible To Change Your DNA?

Of course it is. You do it all the time.

DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is a complex molecule that contains genetic INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS for protein synthesis. It is the hereditary material in humans and almost all other organisms, and nearly every cell in a person's body has the same DNA. But that's only part of the story.

The human genome has three billion base pairs in its DNA, but only about 2% of them encode proteins. The scientist don't know what the rest do. So they call it Junk DNA.

It's Not Junk

It is storage for lots of other information. It's all about information storage. Like maybe... your subconscious? Your memories? And most importantly, dormant DNA for your fifth dimensional crystalline body!

Since DNA is information, it's changing all the time. With your thoughts, with your experiences, with news from outside of yourself.

Most of the time (90-95%) your focus is in the past or the future. You can consider this past or future memories. Reviewing or imagining. And while your mind is busy in the past and future, your body is behaving from default -- from programs stored in the subconscious part of your DNA.

But when you are present in the now moment, you can consciously change the information in your DNA. You can change the subconscious programming. And when you change your subconscious programming, you can change your life. Because your programming is projecting your life experience onto the holographic screen you call reality.

In my next blog post, "Going Beyond Mom & Dad's Genes", I tell you how you can go beyond the DNA you inherited from your parents.
